On 5 July 2025 we pulled a cart up outside Field of Fitness for their community day.
Bunting up, doors open, and a steady flow of members coming in and out all day. Gyms and coffee aren't an obvious pairing until you've stood outside one — post-workout is one of the busiest coffee windows there is.
One APE50 cart parked in the forecourt, a full service table alongside it, and three of our team running it. Nothing was cabled in, nothing was built. The unit arrived, opened up, and was serving within minutes — which is the whole design brief for a Bless Start cart.
We ran the full offer: espresso-based drinks off our house blend alongside protein bars, snacks, cold drinks and functional sodas, with card payment on the table. A gym crowd doesn't only want a flat white — they want something to eat on the way out, and a unit that can sell both takes more per customer without taking longer to serve.
A gym forecourt is the kind of site an operator can hold week after week: a known crowd, a predictable window, and a host who benefits from you being there. No rent, no fit-out, no lease — a partnership and a pitch. That is the whole shape of a Bless Start round.
